Processing Time
All Vyrox™ orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays with their order.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 6–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- International Orders: 7–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Vyrox™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to change the order once it has been processed or shipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
